Greg Moran has more than 10 years of human capital management, sales and leadership experience. He is also the author of Building the Talent Edge: A Field Managers Guide to Recruiting the Best (Spring 2005) and Hire, Fire and The Walking Dead (June 2006, W Business Books). Previously, Greg served as Founder and VP of Sales for PeopleAnswers America, a leading provider of behavioral assessment software to mid-market and large companies in North America. Before PeopleAnswers America, he founded and served as President of Pinnacle Technology Solutions, an executive search, staffing, and human capital management services firm. He has also served as Vice President of Best Resume/Career Management Services. During his tenure, he co-authored Job Hunting: The Ten Best Steps to Success, a job search workshop and audio/video tape series. He is a thought leader in the field of human capital management, having been quoted in national publications such as Business Week, The Wall Street Journal, and Inc. Magazine.

Gary Ito is a seasoned global finance leader with a proven track record across all critical disciplines. Ito has more than 30 years of experience in developing, structuring and implementing innovative financial and business strategies for both publicly traded and privately-held companies, worldwide. He previously served as CFO for Allegro Development Corporation, a global leader in energy trading and risk management software solutions. He also served as CFO for INTTRA, the world’s largest multi-carrier network for the ocean shipping industry; Ariba, the world’s business commerce network combining industry-leading cloud-based applications with the world’s largest Internet-based trading community; and Quadrem, a global and growth-focused B2B e-commerce company. And, he spent nearly 18 years with Nortel, a global supplier of end-to-end networking products and solutions for both service providers and enterprise customers, where he served in leadership roles in finance, business planning, and product line management.

Chris Gardner has extensive leadership experience building and directing large software development teams with an emphasis on technology that supports the Human Resources domain. Prior to joining OutMatch, Chris led a large technology team at Mercer and was responsible for the development and operation of the company’s Health and Welfare Benefits Administration Outsourcing platforms. The platforms provided back-office recordkeeping, vendor data exchange services, and employee web self-service enrollment functionality for millions of employees and their corporate HR administrators. The platforms serviced a broad range of clients sized from 50 to 100,000 employees and generated more than $100 million in annual revenue, while providing clients with the opportunity to reduce benefit administration costs and provide HR with renewed capacity to focus on strategic initiatives. Chris’ experience includes driving new multi-million dollar technology investments and optimizing existing business and technology processes for quality and efficiency at Mercer, Texas Instruments, and Raytheon.

Jason Ferrara is responsible for OutMatch's marketing strategy, brand development, communications, demand generation, advertising, promotions, sales support, segmentation and social media. Jason has more than 20 years of experience in professional software and services marketing, having held positions as Senior Vice President, Marketing with Lanyon Solutions. He also served as both Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Business Development with Ifbyphone, a voice-based marketing automation firm. His human capital experience began at CareerBuilder, where he held several positions including Vice President, Corporate Marketing, where he was responsible for advertising, promotions, e-commerce management, CRM, and customer lifecycle/loyalty. Jason’s career began at SPSS Inc. where he held a variety of sales and marketing roles including Director, Online Marketing.

Carol A. Jenkins' areas of specialization include test development and validation, selection process design, leadership assessment, development and coaching. She is involved in the development and marketing of both the Assess Expert System and the Assess Strategic Success Modeling Process. She is currently part of the OutMatch team that is adapting assessment tools for use in the international marketplace. As the Latin America market coordinator, Carol is directly involved in projects in Mexico and Columbia. She is a licensed Psychologist in the State of Texas, and is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

George Ehinger is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with more than 25 years in leadership positions in high-growth companies. During the boom and bust cycle of Web 1.0, he served as Senior Vice President of the San Francisco-based cable television channel TechTV, formerly ZDTV. Previously, Ehinger was Vice President of Scholastic, Inc. where he led the turnaround efforts of a fledgling magazine, Home Office Computing, into the highly profitable Scholastic SOHO Group. He began his career with MCI Telecommunications. During his eight-year tenure, the company grew from $500 million in sales to more than $5 billion. He is also the founder of Beam Reach, Inc., a firm that provides angel investment and business advisory services to early-stage companies. Portfolio companies include Revision3 — the first TV Network exclusively distributed on the internet; Logical Images — an image based diagnostic tool for the health care industry; and Skyworks — a leading game developer for the iPad/iPhone.
