Background: This chef-driven, fast food restaurant group is headquartered in Culver City, CA. It offers a simple concept: a contemporary approach to fine food—done fast. Since its launch in 2008, it’s opened 28 locations and has approximately 1,000 employees.

Challenge: With a new COO and CFO on staff, the company began to focus more directly on growth and profitability. To control costs, they needed to reduce turnover at all levels of the organization. They were looking for a solution that could assess for long-term success, and also integrate with their applicant tracking system.
