Brad is responsible for leading OutMatch’s direct sales efforts to expand the client base and drive revenue for the company.
In this role, Brad has the unique vantage point of working externally with partners and clients, and internally with his Talent Solutions, Technology, and Client Engagement teams as they support hundreds of organizations to navigate the challenges of Talent Selection, Development, and Management to solve business challenges and improve organizational performance.
Brad’s 20+ year career in Business Development, Alliances, Channels, Sales, and Sales Management has been focused on developing strong relationships with clients and helping to ensure that those clients receive the highest possible level of service and results. He previously served as VP, Healthcare HCM for Infor, spent 10 years helping to grow PeopleAnswers from less than 10 employees to its acquisition by Infor, and previously held various leadership roles at Merritt, Hawkins & Associates.
Brad has a Bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University and earned his Masters in Business Administration degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
