Ed is a shareholder with Littler Mendelson, P.C., the largest global employment and labor law practice, and is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by The Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has been with the firm for 9 years. His entire practice is dedicated to representing and defending companies and management in all aspects of employment and labor law. He advises and represents clients in a wide range of matters to include: placement and hiring issues, drafting and enforcing arbitration agreements, claims of discrimination and harassment, wage and hour disputes, Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, union grievances and unfair labor practices charges, non-compete covenants, and unfair competition.
Ed is actively involved as a member of the American and Dallas Bar Associations and coaches the Interscholastic Mock Trial Team at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He also serves on the Board of Directors at the Housing Crisis Center.
