Are certain age groups better for certain jobs in hospitality? According to OutMatch, a company that specializes in job fit, the answer is no.

After analyzing the work-related traits of 500,000 candidates across generations, OutMatch found top performers don’t necessarily fall into a particular age group. It’s an individual’s personality and behavior — not their age — that’s most important to job success.
