This launch event educates on best hiring practices and provides certification and accreditation to human resource industry professionals
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) April 14, 2011 — Assess Systems will participate as an Advisory Board exhibitor at HR.com’s virtual conference April 19 and 20 on the topic “Quality of Hire.” The conference requires only a free HR.com membership to participate.
The virtual event is the first of a series of quarterly events to focus on quality of hire, under the auspices of the Institute for Human Resources (IHR). The IHR is a Workforce Management Certification Program launched by HR.com, the largest social community dedicated to human resource professionals. The goal of the program is to provide certification and accreditation to industry professionals who are interested in advancing their career and obtaining deep domain expertise and knowledge that will enable them to make measurable improvements in their workplaces.
A range of presenters from respected vendors will focus on topics pertaining to quality of hire, including background screening, Web-based video interviews, the use of metrics, and effective use of assessments. HR.com expects 500 to 1,000 attendees, based on the success of the other virtual events.
