Panel of human resource experts to discuss performance management as part of business strategy

On Sept. 13 at 1:30 p.m., Jenkins will serve as moderator for the panel discussion, “Aligning Talent Strategy with Business Objectives Through Assertive Performance Management.” Fellow panelists Jim Reilly, director of talent management for Walgreens, and Marie McCarthy, vice president of human resources for L.L. Bean, will share how they have aligned their performance management processes with business objectives and financial metrics.
