Business challenge: The company wanted better insight into hourly and management candidates, and it also needed to develop a consistent model of success during each phase of the employee lifecycle: selection, development and succession planning.
Business solution: The company already had an applicant tracking system in place. We worked with them to seamlessly integrate their ATS with our talent assessments which proved useful in finding better job fit matches. Once in place, they found our assessment survey scoring for back of house and front of house positions to be detailed and easy to use. In fact, they were so happy with the results that a few months later they expanded their license to include assessments for management roles too.
