Business solution: We worked with them to develop assessments that identified top talent who could learn quickly and perform faster. Together, we created an assessment tool that didn’t negatively impact candidate sourcing flow, specifically back of the house roles, and matched assessments to specific roles across each brand/concept. During the process, we also realized their need for training and usage reporting for each brand/concept. They are using our hourly assessments for front of the house and back of the house roles, and our comprehensive assessment for management positions.
