Moran will team with Bill Streitberger, Chief People Officer of American Blue Ribbon Holdings, to present a session entitled, “The Data Difference: Using Predictive Analytics to Build a Better Workforce.” The session will provide information on how to use predictive analytics to enable greater insight and make the right hires; how to measure the impact of new hires; and how to use data analytics to improve the overall hiring process.

The presentation will showcase the positive impact that integrating data analytics has had on the talent selection process at American Blue Ribbon Holdings, which employs more than 30,000 people at 640 locations in 43 states, including O’Charley’s, Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub, Village Inn, and Bakers Square. Using OutMatch, the company saved $3.2 million by reducing turnover across all locations, and generated a $5.2 million return on investment at O’Charley’s through improved selection of front and back of the house employees.
