While internship programs are not new, Felicia and Verisk have developed a powerful intern culture. Felicia and team then innovated on the intern program to create the entirely new “returnship” program. Focused on helping professionals who have left the workforce jump back in, Verisk’s returnship program is growing quickly, is a non-traditional source of employees, and is adding value immediately.
