Chris Gardner has extensive leadership experience building and directing large software development teams with an emphasis on technology that supports the Human Resources domain. Prior to joining OutMatch, Chris led a large technology team at Mercer and was responsible for the development and operation of the company’s Health and Welfare Benefits Administration Outsourcing platforms. The platforms provided back-office recordkeeping, vendor data exchange services, and employee web self-service enrollment functionality for millions of employees and their corporate HR administrators. The platforms serviced a broad range of clients sized from 50 to 100,000 employees and generated more than $100 million in annual revenue, while providing clients with the opportunity to reduce benefit administration costs and provide HR with renewed capacity to focus on strategic initiatives. Chris’ experience includes driving new multi-million dollar technology investments and optimizing existing business and technology processes for quality and efficiency at Mercer, Texas Instruments, and Raytheon.
