Zack Birkelbach

Chief Customer Officer

Zack is responsible for leading OutMatch’s Client Success organization with a focus on providing world class service to each of our clients. In this role, Zack works with clients to understand their business challenges and help create solutions that are going to drive their business goals through building relationships and demonstrating ROI. Zack has 15 years of experience in SaaS organizations and he previously served as Director of Customer Success for Infor leading the Human Capital Management team. Prior to that, he spent 10 years in the behavioral assessment space with PeopleAnswers, Inc., helping them to grow from $3 to over $40 million in recurring revenue by consistently achieving a 95%+ retention rate driving the acquisition by Infor. Zack has a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and earned his Master’s in Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
