1. How quickly do I need to submit my feedback?
We recommend submitting your feedback as soon as possible to ensure a quick process for the individual. On average, it will only take 5-10 minutes to complete a Outmatch Reference survey.
2. Will my responses remain confidential?
In the email invitation you received, it will indicate if your feedback will be kept confidential. If confidential, your responses will be presented in an aggregated format on the report along with the feedback of the other respondents.
